We are looking for enthusiastic experts for our project management team at the Munich, Stuttgart, and Nuremberg locations who will work on a range of pioneering projects.
Your tasks include project management & coordination, cost and schedule management including budget control, and accompanying tender and award of construction or general contractor services.

Key Requirements
Completed degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or Project Management
Professional experience in planning office or construction/project management
Experience with office or retail fit-outs is an advantage
Knowledge of planning, coordination and supervision of interior fit-out measures
Knowledge of building codes, fire protection and workplace guidelines
Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical installations and workplace technologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills (German and English at least C1)
Negotiation skills and conflict resolution competence
