The PSW/HCA/CCA provides direct personal support and care to residents to fulfill the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual needs of residents in accordance to polices, procedure and work routines.

Communicate positively with staff, residents, families
Provide care in accordance with legislation
Nice-to-have
Experience in long term care
Exposure to dementia and palliative care
Knowledge in care planning systems
Key Requirements
Completed PSW Program or HCA/CCA certification
Experience in Long Term Care or community home care setting
Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation
Ability to read and write English and understand verbal and written instructions
