Job Summary
Define and drive the long-term vision and roadmap for Data 360 Segmentation and Activation, aligned to Salesforce Data 360 and Customer 360 strategy.
Own the full product lifecycle from customer discovery and requirements definition through delivery, launch, and adoption.
Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Architecture teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality, scalable capabilities.

Salary
Base: $218,400 - $365,200 annually; Base: $263,200 - $401,400 annually in select cities; Bonus/Equity: company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity as applicable; Benefits: time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), employee stock purchasing program
