Job Summary

• The Executive Director will lead project management efforts for therapeutically aligned development programs, act as a PM and Drug Development Advisor, and direct critical change projects related to systems, operations, or strategic planning.
• This role involves spending 30-50% of time developing talent within GPAM, ensuring smooth department operations, and managing project managers and those who manage PMs.
• The position requires strategic planning, execution excellence, and cultivating internal and external networks to advance the company's long-term development and business objectives.

Salary
