This role includes managing staff, maintaining budget compliance, and coordinating with other departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
The position requires ensuring ongoing compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.

Key Requirements
Graduate of approved dietary manager’s course
Minimum one year long-term care dietary experience preferred
Maintain required continuing education and licensing
Good standing with Department of Public Health License and Certification Division
