  • BS/MS/PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • 4+ years industry experience
  • 3+ years DDR4/DDR5 protocol expertise
  • High-speed oscilloscope and logic analyzer usage
  • Root-cause analysis of memory subsystem failures

Nice-to-have

  • Python automation for debug scripts
  • Experience with JEDEC committees
  • Knowledge of CXL standards
  • Familiarity with Intel ITP and Scan tools
  • Executive-ready communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years industry experience
