Apex Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Officer to join their Real Assets team in Luxembourg, focusing on corporate secretarial and transactional activities for real estate funds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment funds, particularly in Luxembourg, and will enjoy managing complex structures in a client-facing role

Job Summary

  • Prepare, coordinate and attend board and shareholder meetings, acting as a key contact with regulatory and registration authorities.
  • Coordinate onboarding and integration of funds, SPVs, co-investment and carried interest vehicles, and project-manage new launches.
  • Support real estate transactions including acquisitions, refinancing and disposals, and handle KYC, entity incorporations, GIIN, LEI and ISIN applications.
