Job Summary
Lead business analysis for new requirements and business process optimization, conveying complex ideas from the HR organization to ITS delivery teams.
Collaborate with IT Delivery teams and HR Center of Excellence Process Owners to execute technology strategy and roadmap for HR platforms, ensuring effective planning and prioritization.
Manage tactical execution of objectives, support audit and compliance requirements, and provide direction to project managers and staff for business applications and related technologies.
