Base: $185,000.00 – $205,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and equity awards included; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid parental leave

Must-have
8+ years process engineering experience
3+ years HR operations transformation
Lean Six Sigma methodology expertise
HR process mapping and redesign
AI automation readiness assessment
Nice-to-have
Master's degree or MBA preferred
Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
Experience with Workday or SuccessFactors
Prosci change management certification
Understanding of GDPR and CCPA regulations
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, or related field
