  • Partner with VPs of Operations to drive targeted improvement in Safety, Quality, OTD, Inventory and Productivity across 5 main manufacturing sites.
  • Ensure impactful, successful kaizen events across Operations teams by installing and ensuring compliance to the kaizen process.
  • Drive DBS Fundamentals and culture within the Operations teams, working on challenges that truly matter with people that care for each other.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
  • 10+ years of Operations experience
  • Minimum of Production manager, supervisor, or operations / production leadership experience in a LEAN organization
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement a DBS roadmap
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Ability to travel internationally 30%
