The successful candidate must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics, make railcar repairs in compliance with the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) and Association of American Railroads (AAR) regulations and rules.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass DOT Requirements is a plus
Ability to perform confined space entry
Ability to pass NDT disciplines and certifications
Obtain Welding and Airbrake Test certifications within 6-12 months
