Job Summary

  • To take full responsibility for providing operational, analytical and tactical support across the Forex & International Banking portfolio in Business Banking to enable effective strategy execution, sales enablement and risk-compliant product management.
  • Support the product lifecycle of International Banking & FX products in Business Bank, including documentation, market scans, product enhancements, competitor analysis.
  • Execute on the business unit’s Client Experience strategy and ensure that customer experience is a valuable differentiator within the value chain.
