Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director immediately.
This on-call role requires proficiency in Microsoft Suite products and adherence to strict policies regarding blood/body fluid exposure and resident privacy.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for incidents and care plans

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Collaborate effectively with nursing personnel
Demonstrate patience with disoriented or comatose residents
