This role is responsible for directing the execution of Riboli Family Wine & Spirits company goals through assigned personnel to achieve optimum sales across the Southern California zone.
The position requires managing relationships with Breakthru Beverage Group wholesalers and developing Area Sales Managers to implement brand strategies effectively.
Time management is split between 25% on-premise and 75% off-premise activities, with specific focus on executing KPIs across independent channels.

7+ years beverage alcohol industry experience
Southern California territory residence
Manage Breakthru Beverage Group distributors
Execute depletion and POD revenue plans
Coach Area Sales Managers and trade partners
Nice-to-have
Fluent Italian or Spanish language skills
Experience with independent top off-premise accounts
Strong cross-department collaboration abilities
Key Requirements
Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 7+ years in beverage alcohol sales management
Current valid driver's license and no DWI offenses
