Own and evolve Kyndryl’s global mobility strategy, policies, and operating model to support business growth and talent development.
This position partners closely with mobility vendor advisory services, assignees, HR business partners, payroll, compensation and legal to ensure effective stewardship of Kyndryl global mobility programs.
