Job Summary
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at our Medtronic Energy and Component Center (MECC), you’ll play a critical role in designing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes that drive the production of innovative medical device components.
You will lead efforts to develop and refine manufacturing processes, layouts, and production strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and Medtronic’s high-quality standards.
We’re working a minimum of 5 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.

Base: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan; Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, etc.
