This role will see you take responsibility for delivering a seamless and compliant end‑to‑end scams complaints and resolution journey for RBS.
You will work across channels and systems to ensure customers experience fair, clear and timely outcomes, while balancing risk, compliance and operational sustainability.
The E2E Customer Journeys Crew is responsible for the design and delivery of exceptional customer journeys for critical processes such as Disputes, Deceased Estates and Retail Authorities, Tokenisation and Scams.
