  • Collaborates and closely partners with their Manager(s) in the execution of the operational strategy, requiring quick thinking, strong interpersonal communication, and an in-depth knowledge of overall station operations.
  • Supports and coaches operations crewmembers, encourages engagement, and takes a significant role in their development and growth achievement through effective performance management and ongoing constructive feedback.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three years customer service/sales/airline experience
  • One year JetBlue CEX experience
  • Ability to work all shifts
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to learn new technology
  • Obtain and maintain US Customs Clearance
  • Acquire and maintain SIDA Badge
  • Pass ten year background check
  • Pass pre-employment drug test
