You will be responsible for leading a large, geographically dispersed team of consultative and solution selling Business Account Managers, driving a high-performance culture and ensuring profitable sales growth across the region.
Providing leadership, coaching and development to sales teams across Australia, setting key performance indicator objectives and ensuring the team have necessary resources, training and capability to deliver a high standard of work.
