Job Summary

  • Design, implement, and support ServiceNow SecOps (SIR, VR, TI, CC) and integrate with tools like Tenable, Qualys, Splunk, and CrowdStrike to automate risk and vulnerability management processes.
  • Develop custom playbooks, automated response actions, and reports for Performance Analytics, KPIs/KRIs, and risk heat maps, while also correlating CVEs to affected CIs.
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and platform teams, and partner effectively with cybersecurity, product, platform, internal audit, and legal teams to support compliance with legal, regulatory, and security frameworks.
