Responsible for processing a range of policy servicing transactions including endorsements, renewal, cancellations, reinstatements and updates to client or policy details.
The role ensures all requests are reviewed for completeness, supporting documents are validated and transactions are processed accurately within established service level agreements while maintaining compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
