Candidates must be current Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) with valid registration and hold current RAI-MDS certification along with Relias certification.

Key Requirements
3-5 years experience in Long Term Care
Current RPN registration with College of Nurses
Current RAI-MDS certification required
Relias certification required
Vulnerable Persons Sector Police Check within 6 months
