Job Summary

  • Provide technical support and guidance to field associates on malfunctioning equipment, determining and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct training on all equipment types, distribute information, and make inspection trips to consult with field personnel on product performance.
  • Maintain control and responsibility for the quality of all service work, new installations, and modernizations, utilizing data to resolve problems and suggest constructive changes.
