The Senior Manager, Content & Knowledge will lead the team responsible for this end-to-end knowledge pipeline — from capturing field intelligence through customer-facing publication.
In the first year, you will prove the knowledge pipeline works — capturing implementation expertise from consulting engagements and publishing the first customer-facing knowledge assets through the platform.
You will define the processes, quality standards, and success metrics for a maturing capability at Autodesk.
