Must-have
Thermal modelling using IES VE
Whole life carbon assessments
Strong Excel skills for analysis
Building fabric energy efficiency knowledge
Understanding of NZC building standards
Ability to present data clearly
Nice-to-have
Passion for sustainable buildings
Aspiring Chartered status
Experience in BREEAM, WELL, biodiversity
Ability to sketch ideas
Knowledge of Passivhaus Standard
Key Requirements
8+ years of experience
Mechanical, Sustainability, Electrical, Mechatronics, Building Services, Architectural Engineering, or related Engineering Degree (Bachelor minimum)
Proficient in embodied carbon modelling
Working knowledge in assessing embodied carbon benchmarks
