Job Summary

• Performs highly skilled repair work and leads the work of others in the inspection, repairing, rebuilding and assembly of equipment (large power plant equipment including turbine rotors & stationary components, motors, pumps and fans) sent to the Central Machine Shop and perform the same at other places of temporary assignment.
• Develops and may assist in the delivery of training to other employees and sections on employee's area of expertise.

Key Requirements

• Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Civil/ Mechanical Engineering Technology or related fields with 4 years utility industry experience
• High school diploma or GED with 6 years utility industry experience
• Experience in work activities and projects requiring technical engineering knowledge
• Meets expectations of the Technician level
• Valid Drivers license
