Job Summary
This role will play a critical part in protecting company interests and enabling timely, compliant development outcomes by providing strategic oversight and leadership for all title, mineral, and land-related activities across the portfolio.
Manage complex title due diligence; Coordinate title curative efforts with title companies, outside counsel, landowners, and internal stakeholders; Ensure site control is properly secured.
