** Quilter is seeking a Training & Development Quality Consultant for a fixed-term contract of 12 months to deliver training to financial advisers. The role emphasizes enhancing adviser competencies through effective training design and delivery within a wealth management context. **

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of the T&D Consultant is to deliver induction (advice process), business submission, licencing and soft skills training to financial advisers within the QFP Network.
  • You will also support the design and delivery of training interactions to support the development and knowledge of financial advisers.
  • Whilst this isn’t a directly customer facing role, the duties you will perform will contribute to the overall positive outcomes for our customers by ensuring that advisers follow the QFP advice process which is designed to meet the requirements of Consumer Duty.

Key Requirements

  • Level 4 qualification in Financial Advice
  • Level 3 qualification in Mortgage Advice (desirable)
  • Experience of designing and delivering training programs
  • Experience of developing financial advisers or teams
  • In-depth understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements
  • Good understanding of the advice process, compliance and soft skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and training design tools
