Key Requirements

  • BS in IT, IS, EE/CS, ME or equivalent experience
  • 3-9 years' experience in tier 2 support
  • Experience integrating, deploying, and supporting hardware/software solutions
  • Experience in networking and communications
  • Ability to implement best-practice second level support concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in RHEL and Windows operating systems
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to obtain clearances for government sites
