Job Summary

• This position offers a starting pay of $26.45/hr. up to top pay of $37.33/hr. with quarterly gainsharing bonus potential and additional shift differential for off-shifts.

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2 years of experience
• Familiarity with computer applications
• High level of analytical and problem-solving ability
• Strong computer skills (ex. Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Coaching, training and mentoring skills
• Ability to organize and direct staff
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Available to work all shifts and/or flexible hours
• AA degree in the field of electronics (Preferred)
• Prior experience as front-line supervisor/leading a team (Preferred)
