ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 auditing
Lean Six Sigma methodologies
PPAP management for new launches
Nice-to-have
Additional European language fluency
Experience in casting or machining
Strong negotiation skills in matrix
Proactive result-driven attitude
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Key Requirements
B.Sc. degree in engineering (M.Sc. preferred)
5-8 years experience in supplier quality management
Deep knowledge of product and process quality auditing practices
Fluency in both spoken and written Finnish and English
