Job Summary

  • Responsible for laboratory operations in the technical area(s) of the Hospitals and Clinics within the Advocate Health enterprise, which may include department, discipline and/or shift oversight.
  • Ensures quality, regulatory, accreditation, compliance and competency standards are met, and collaborates and implements performance improvement processes to optimize teammate engagement, and physician and patient satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) certification

  • Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance
  • Intermediate computer skills including LIS experience
