Base: $140,000 - $175,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Incentive plan eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, gym memberships, 401(k) match

10+ years IT program management experience
Enterprise-wide scope leadership
IT governance and compliance expertise
C-suite stakeholder communication
Vendor and integrator management

Experience with Workday or Deltek platforms
PMP certification or equivalent
Enterprise change management background
Budget negotiation skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business or related field
7+ years leading complex cross-functional IT programs
6+ years leading high-performing cross-functional teams
Ability to comply with US export control laws and ITAR
Experience managing enterprise systems implementations
