Base: 67,100 - 111,800 USD / yearly; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus plan eligible; Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, well-being and behavioral health programs, 401(k), company paid life insurance, tuition reimbursement, 18+ days PTO, paid holidays

Key Requirements
Master's degree or PhD in mental health field or RN with psychiatric specialization
Current independent clinical license
Minimum 5 years post-licensure experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Obtain AAS Crisis Specialist Certification within first year
