Job Summary

• You will be responsible for ensuring the production flow in assigned work areas and processes, performing initial troubleshooting identification and resolution.
• This position works closely with Production Management, Engineering, Human Resources, Purchasing, Quality, Machine Shop, R&D, Engineering, and the Warehouse Departments.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a production lead
• strong knowledge of assigned production processes
• GMPs, lean principles, Kaizen, and 5S
• Ability to lead and support production teams
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated reliability, adaptability, and safety awareness
• physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Steel-toed footwear is required
