Job Summary

  • The Professional Services Engineer provides post-sales technical expertise during the installation, implementation, migration and maintenance of company products.
  • This individual will deploy post-sales hardware and software installations with medium to high level complexity and provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel.
  • The role requires strong expertise in network design and implementation, troubleshooting, configuration and performance tuning, as well as project planning, design, implementation, and final “As-Built” documentation.
