Job Summary

  • Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area, overseeing and participating in stand set-up and closing procedures.
  • Ensures that all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked, orders replacement stock, and completes required paperwork efficiently and accurately.
  • Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health, and must be knowledgeable of all positions to fill in if needed.
