Job Summary
The Guest Service Manager is responsible for all Guest Services operations and, in absence of Front Office Manager, supervises Front Office operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Oversee and manage Guest Service Team (Guest relations, Front Office, Guest Service Administrators) to ensure operations are run smoothly and efficiently.
Actively walk the floor, interact with guests, and ensure they receive personalized attention and care.
