Job Summary

  • The Guest Service Manager is responsible for all Guest Services operations and, in absence of Front Office Manager, supervises Front Office operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee and manage Guest Service Team (Guest relations, Front Office, Guest Service Administrators) to ensure operations are run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Actively walk the floor, interact with guests, and ensure they receive personalized attention and care.
