We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our dynamic Operations team, where you’ll have an opportunity to create, iterate, and streamline our core programs and processes and drive systems integration that support HR delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, attention to details, operational discipline and a passion for learning and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of experience in project, program, process or product management
9+ years of total experience as a Delivery Lead
9+ years of total experience in Human Resources
HR Professional Certification or PMP Certification
Experience in process documentation and tools
Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, Salesforce)
Proficient in g-suite and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
