Your primary role as MDS Director is to assess resident care needs, supervise staff, coordinate with the Inter-Disciplinary Team, and develop individualized care plans.

Must-have
Assess resident care needs
Direct and supervise staff

Develop and implement care plans
Maintain continuing education/licensing
Current CPR certification

Experience with PCC
MDS experience within last 2 years
