Job Summary

  • The Regional Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery and sustainability of Programs, Training & Development and Quality within the Long Term Care homes.
  • To ensure the effective operation and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) of the homes, including managing CQI & Accreditation programs.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years senior management experience in Long Term Care
  • Experience in gerontology/CQI/research/adult learning/change management
  • Strong knowledge of RAI-MDS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
