  • This position will be a member of the Agency Finance Asset Management team, primarily focused on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac collateral inspections.

Must-have

  • Physical inspection of apartment buildings
  • Knowledge of Fannie Mae guidelines
  • Experience with Property Condition Assessments
  • Ability to climb ladders for roof inspections
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data collection software

Nice-to-have

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with loan asset management
  • Familiarity with CMBS experience
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of commercial real estate experience
  • At least 2 years of GSE or CMBS experience
  • Qualified GSE Inspector status preferred
