Diagnose cause of malfunction

Road-test vehicles to ensure quality
Maintain an inventory of mechanics tools

Key Requirements
Passed manufacturer training in multiple repair areas
Manufacturer certified in all listed repair areas
Minimum of 3 ASE certifications (ASE Master Technician)
Greater than 105% Customer Pay Repairs proficiency
Three to five years' experience in automotive technical knowledge
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
