The Senior Analyst, Real Estate Accounting manages a more complex and higher-volume portfolio, responsible for all aspects of general ledger accounting, reporting, cash management, and budgeting/forecasting.
Key responsibilities include preparing month-end close journal entries, bank reconciliations, tenant reconciliations, financial reporting packages, and ad-hoc analysis requests.
The role requires a university degree in Commerce, Business or Accounting or pursuing a CPA designation, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate accounting.
