Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
Lean Manufacturing principles knowledge
Production line balance planning skills
RCCP (Rough-Cut Capacity Planning) experience
Cross-functional collaboration abilities
Nice-to-have
Experience with Smart Manufacturing or Industrial Automation
Familiarity with Machine Learning or AI algorithms
Programming and debugging automated equipment skills
Knowledge of MES and CBS systems
Adoption of new technologies like robotics
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
Equivalent experience to degree required
