Must-have
ServiceNow CMDB administration experience
ServiceNow Discovery configuration and troubleshooting
CI Class Manager and relationship rules management
CSDM standards implementation knowledge
ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM Health module expertise
Nice-to-have
Strong emphasis on data quality and traceability
Experience with audit and risk review support
Ability to work in a geographically distributed team
Continuous improvement mindset for data issues
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
4+ years of ServiceNow experience with CMDB focus
2+ years dedicated CMDB administration experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
