Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing global operational excellence projects in the Customer Experience Group (CEG), focusing on automation, process optimization, and operations team's performance improvement.
Responsibilities include translating, improving, and encoding existing process flows using low-code products or pre-defined code, with potential for hands-on encoding using a JavaScript-based tool.
The role involves leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and launching new processes globally, while analyzing data to ensure process outputs are achieved and reporting key issues and risks to management.
