Assesses patient knowledge and provides individualized education regarding diet and kidney disease, while collaborating on comprehensive care plans and monitoring nutritional therapy effectiveness.
Maintains dietetic registration and continuing education, participates in quality improvement activities, and ensures compliance with FMCNA policies and federal and state regulations.
