Job Summary

  • Reporting to the D&S Canada Regional QEHS Manager and dotted line to the Moose Jaw Program Director, this role is accountable for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and airworthiness requirements for assigned aircraft fleets.
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary Quality Assurance team, including Quality Assurance Specialists, a Document Management Specialist, and an HSE Specialist (4 direct reports), fostering a culture of respect, accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality, HSE, or Compliance roles
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
  • Experience managing internal and external audits
  • Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis
  • Ability to work on-site full time
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Controlled Goods clearance and NATO SECRET security clearance
