The position requires an individual to supervise multiple locations, non-profit groups, and team members while ensuring high standards of customer service and cleanliness.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate cash and credit handling procedures, enforcing food and beverage regulations, and conducting precise inventory counts before, during, and after events.
Candidates must be willing to work at all Legends Global venues in Wichita and Andover, including performing additional tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and working portable stands when needed.

Must-have
Previous management or supervisory experience
Food and beverage industry experience
Accurate cash handling and accounting skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights
Strong knowledge of sanitary practices
Nice-to-have
Positive attitude and smiling face required
Willingness to perform cooking and cleaning tasks
Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to lead volunteers and diverse staff
Neat appearance and professional grooming
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Must pass background and credit check
Must speak and understand English
Attend all assigned Food & Beverage training classes
